Bake Day

I spent most of yesterday in the kitchen baking. I made a pumpkin pie and two dozen pumpkin muffins. We don’t have canned pupmkin in the UK so I had to cook the pumpkin from scratch. It was kind of a nice fall thing to do, especially as the clocks in Europe went back by an hour last night. Here’s some pics (especially for Erin!!)

Mmm, that pie looks especially fabulous. Have a few bites for me, OK?

Our clocks don’t go back till next weekend, so for one week we are only 7 hours apart!

YEY! I’m not looking forward to the darkness that is about to hit the house in about half an hour though :-( Four thirty is far too early to get dark imo!
