He Showed Up
Jonathan started a weeks annual leave on Saturday which has so far been lovely and relaxing. There is something about having the whole weekend to yourselves when you are not generally used to it, especially when you don’t have that Sunday feeling! I had to laugh today when a friend said “you missed a great service on Sunday, God really showed up … ” That’s excellent, I’m pleased that people were blessed by the visiting speaker, and I’m looking forward to hearing the recording. But I have to ask God why do you always “show up” (not that your not normally around or anything!) when I’m not at a service or I’m busy involved elsewhere? If it wasn’t for the odd time that I was around when you “showed up” I’d really be starting to get a complex by now!
