Nooma
We watched one of Rob Bell’s Nooma dvd’s in church today. They are pretty good messages which he gives. If you’ve not seen one of the dvd’s, then, usually, Rob is talking about God, faith etc whilst doing something. Today we watched “Trees”, so he was planting trees whilst talking about the beginning of Genesis and the end of Revelation. All the time encouraging the viewer to seek God and allow God to act and be real in their lives now, as God wants to do things through us. Our faith is not just about believing and then waiting for all good things to come in eternity. There’s something up with the world, and we’ve really missed the point if we think that’s it.
