I’m absolutely exhausted! We’ve been de-junking and finishing decorating for the past 5 days. The house looks great. Why didn’t we de-junk years ago? It’s so liberating! I kind of like this almost minamalist look we’ve got - until the kids get home from school that is, they soon manage to trash it! Anyway, the realtor came by this morning and took some photos and a virtual tour, in a few days the house will officially be up for sale - yey!
I need to catch up on some much needed sleep now!

On Wednesday night I had a dream which was clearly a “God” dream. I woke at about 5.30am, and wanted to doze back off, but I clearly heard God talking to me, so I had to get up and write it down. It’s too detailed to write down at the moment, but again, God said to me “go”. Also that we were to trust in him, and not to worry, and were to seek him with all of our heart. The other important thing he said was I will guide you - don’t look to other people.
This is the second time in as many days that God has told us to “go”, so we are putting our house up for sale on Thursday! The next few days we’ll be busy de-junking!

J shared with the pastor from the church we are looking at in Canada about God saying “Go and claim your land”. He did not share anything about Far and Away and the picture I had. We got an email back from him today and he shared how what we had heard from God reminded him of a movie he brought yesterday and watched with his daughter called “Far and Away”. It was definitely an eerie moment! God is definitely taking us this way, now the question is how.

J and I have been feeling a little up and down over the past day or two. We kind of feel stagnated. We know that God is calling us on, and are in a limbo, as our hearts have already moved on, but we haven’t. We are finding it hard work being here right now. This afternoon after a lovely Easter lunch, courtesy of my mother in law, we came home. I was listening to some worship music whilst ironing. I was talking to God in my mind about when we were going to move on, and how tough I was finding things, when the words “go and claim your land” came into my mind; at the same time I had a picture of Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise in the film Far and Away putting a stake into the ground to claim their land.
I feel really excited, and J and I are going to pray about it later when he gets back from a town wide meeting, and we are going to claim our land.

It’s interesting that Google always has banners for special events, such as St Patrick’s day, New Year, the Olympics, no smoking day, halloween etc, BUT there is nothing today for Easter - that’s kind of sad.
